Assignments to have done before class starts:

Set up these accounts.  Use the same user id (whether your actual name or a pseudonym.  If a pseudonym, email it to Jane and she’ll post it on the PW protected page so we can figure out who you are).

  1. Set up your blog and email the URL to Jane by noon on October 8.
  2. Publish a brief first blog post.  Don’t sweat this.  You can edit it later.
  3. Set up your Twitter account.
    1. Upload an avatar image
    2. Write a brief bio
    3. Find at least 10 people/organizations/ professional news sources to follow.  Don’t worry: You can unfollow them later.
